I also understand that the new Jackets are now available to try on at Home Run in Calgary.
Keith: No clinic form needed. Do you want me to deduct the $40 from your first Arbiter cheque?
If no one is against it, I will e-mail the Level 1 manual to Pierson, and the Level 2 manual to the people who should have got it. I will review my remaining inventory of physical manuals, and order more for those who need them after I have depleted my remaining inventory.
The Level manuals aren’t referred to in our clinic, so bringing them isn’t required. But they are a valuable study resource after the clinic for those who want to see it from the horses mouth or double check any advice they get during their games.
Certificates: Someone prepared certificates last year, as we didn’t have Harley. Who was it?
Exams: Who collected the results?

Shayla:
CMSUA Registered since 2013
In 2013/2014 she attended CSUA clinic, but registered with CMSUA
She paid $40 each year for clinic
In 2013 and 2014, she was a minor
In 2015 she is no longer a minorFor 2015 clinic, we did not charge her $40 because of the above
As such, we already “reimbursed” her for one of the two clinics she paid
I propose we add $40 to her 2015 game fees for the other clinic.
Was any 2014 equipment “returned”? Was there any new equipment signed out?
Who is handling tracking the police checks required on our side? Did all the new umpires go through police checks?
Jim, which one would you suggest for doing Men’s ball? Where did you get yours?

From my most current understanding, we have 24 confirmed attendee’s including the presenters.
This include 7 brand new umpires.
This is slightly down from last year.
Analysis of these attendees would result in the following level books for new/recently promoted/aspiring umpires
7 x Level 1
5 x Level 2
1 x Level 3Geoff has: 2xLv1, 1xLv2, 1xLv4
Last year’s summary:
3 – CSUA and out of town “Blue Brother’s”
4 – New Umpires – Adult
5 – New Umpires – Minor
4 – Parents / Coaches – “With Potential”
12 – Returning Umpires – Adult
4 – Returning Umpires – MinorTOTAL ATTENDEES – 32

Keith. Did you get a copy of the USB from the ASUA meeting? Apparently there is a new “required” method of teaching. 😉
What about registration forms, welcome letter, equipment sign-out forms, etc. Are we good? We will want to send a copy of our Welcome Letter and Registration form to CSUA for any stragglers for CMSUA who go to their clinic.
