      Putting a parent umpire on with young umpires will cause more trouble than our newer umpires need. I will never understand why parents stop attending games no matter the age of their children.

        Don’t get enough games? Come to Calgary we can give you dozen a weekend. Who do you cheer for, Sooners or Cowboys?

          I haven’t use a parent umpire since my first season. I found it didn’t work

            Don’t be intimidated by the exam. It’s open book and you can do it with others if you choose. The rules will fall into place as you apply them on the diamond. As a former competitive player you will have a very good understanding of the game. See you at the clinic.
