We have been approached to help umpire a brand new new elite league (U14/U12) this year. This is an excellent experience for our current members who want to take their game to the next level.
We can't accept this league if we don't have enough umpires to cover our original commitment to CMSA.
How Can You Help?
We need new umpires!!! This year we are focusing a lot of resources on this task, including targeted social media blitz, and working with ASUA on a province wide recruitment strategy.
The best way you can help is to spread the word! Tell everyone about this new site, and especially make sure you "Like" our Facebook page. This helps focus our recruitment efforts on people in the Calgary area who are interested in sports (hopefully you have a few of those in your Facebook Friends)
