Chest Protector on Sale

I see the following is on sale at Home Run Sports. I was told my protector was a little too soft for Men's Ball. This one also has shoulder pads. Do most of you use shoulder pads at Elite ball?Is this a good deal? On sale for $70 regular $150 [Apparently]Anyone have this actual model?
